Double Chamber Multi Mill

Purpose:Best Suitable for Flour Mills ,Curry Powder Units ,Ayurvedic Units and health mixture manufacturers,Highly suitable for bulk volume feeding and continous grinding of similar products or different products and different mesh sizes

Working Principle: Double stage mill has two chambers as it name indicate .First Chamber is for pre-crushin and second chamber for fine grinding .The first chamber has full circle toothed liner where as the second has only semi circled liner on the top and bottom half sieves

A removable classifier sieve is provided between two chambers,this equipment gives 20 times more sieve life than any Pulverisor

Pre Cleaning cleans all heavy and light impurites as per size from three different screen sizes

Emery Roller is used for De husking the pulses, wheat, grains, corn, maize, rice and many more is consist heavy duty fabricated Cover and Structure. Roller is rotating with a Emery Roller with lower RPM
Used to remove the impurities adhering to the wheat surface. This machine is also used after the second dampening to remove the husk which has loosened after the first or second conditioning of the wheat, gram, green whole lentil, red whole lentil, toor dal whole beans, green gram, Moong, Black gram, urad, black pepper. The specialty of our machine is that it takes less powder and give maximum production.

Single Chamber Multi Mill

Purpose:Shakti Multi Mill is a Multi purpose mill to pulverise all but sticky materials

Working Principles:Raw Material from the feeding tray enters into the crushing chamber is accelerated by high RPM Beaters which pulverises by impact and shear in between the toothed liner and beater.The powder is then discharged through the bottom placed perforated sieves of required size .Simultaneously it is collected through chute and cotton baloon .The baloon filter and nylon air filter filters the air generated by beaters
